ON-SITE FUSION SERVICES

Emco/Sandale is equipped to perform on-site fusion services from ½ inch – 63 inch polyethylene pipe, as well as PVC pipe fusions. Our trained fusion technicians are capable of traveling to any job site in North America or Internationally. In the past we have done on-site work as far away as Africa.

FUSION TRAINING

Emco/Sandale technicians can assist you on your fusion training needs. We can provide your staff with on-site fusion training at your location or we have scheduled training schools at any of our office locations.

FUSION EQUIPMENT SALES

In 2007 Sandale became an authorized distributor for McElroy butt fusion equipment from ½ inch CTS – 63 inch IPS. The partnering with McElroy allows us to offer our customers the best equipment on the market. We also carry a full line of socket and sidewall fusion equipment from McElroy.

FUSION EQUIPMENT RENTALS & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Emco/Sandale can provide a full line of fusion equipment rentals. We offer socket and sidewall fusion equipment, electrofusion equipment, extrusion welding equipment and butt fusion equipment from ½ inch CTS – 63 inch IPS. Our technicians can also provide repair, maintenance and re-build services on various types of fusion equipment. 

POLYETHYLENE FABRICATIONS

Sandale can provide a variety of polyethylene fabrication work including specialty items such as manholes, intake structure, floating docks etc. Please contact us if you have a need for any special fabrication work.
